Hello Members New and Old,
What a busy and exciting couple of weeks we have ahead. New strength sessions added to our timetable, New apparel added to our online shop, plenty of running/walking events over the next 3 weeks and plenty of social gatherings to be had! All the details are below so please read on, we look forward to seeing you all this week!
NEW STRENGTH SESSION TIMES!
We are pleased to add 2 more strength sessions to our weekly schedule with 7:30pm sessions being added to Monday and Wednesday evenings. As our numbers grow we will continue to add classes where necessary. Keep an eye out on socials and this weekly newsletter for any new addition to sessions that are added to our schedule.
Please remember to book in via the spaces app for this session so we can easily notify you all of any changes that may happen.
We will be placing our first pre-order for hoodies THIS FRIDAY. Please get your order in online at our shop here before Friday the 6th of November. All sample sizes will be available to try on at the RMC studio. All of our hoodies will be black (rough design below) with RMC printing on them.
Don't forget to check out apparel options, we are fully in stock with black and white hats and sweat towels plus our t-shirts have a very short turn around.
Youth Engagement Program
We have been so proud of our Youth Engagement RMC members. As some of you are coming to the end of your 6-week program, we are happy to offer a family membership pack. Please contact Hannah and Brad if this is something your family would be interested in and would like more information on. It is so lovely to see families exercise together and why not continue this healthy lifestyle in to the future.

Brad and Hannah are very passionate about getting the whole community moving and this includes our Huon Valley youth. This program is tailored for 10-18 year olds within our community who are interested in getting active. This program is ongoing currently and would like to continue this for the youth in our community.
Social Saturday recap
Having 50+ people join us on a Saturday morning is starting to become the standard! Thanks to all who came along Saturday morning and started the weekend with some exercise, good coffee and better chats ☺️
We also gave a special shout out to a very special RMC member. Happy Birthday to the one and only Jordan Lovell. This legend does plenty of work behind the scenes for RMC that certainly doesn’t go unnoticed by Hannah and Brad. We appreciate you and everything you do for us. We hope you enjoyed your special day! 🥳

We have a number of our members representing RMC at the "Dover fun run" this weekend. This will be a good session to keep the legs ticking over and feel good for Sundays run.

DOVER FUN RUN only 1 week away!
We would love to see as many RMC runners and walkers at this event to support such a worthy cause. Registration and event information can be found here. There is a 2km (kids race) a 5k and a 10k available to participate in.

Strength Session Details
Strength focus this week will be SINGLE LEG LOADING.

All sessions are designed and developed by Hannah, if you have any feedback, please pass it on.
If you have any new or old injuries that you are carrying, please don't hesitate to let Hannah or Brad know so we can tailor the program to you. It is so important for you to feel supported and cared for at your Run Move Connect sessions.
Please take SWEAT TOWELS and drink bottles with you throughout the session. We have new RMC sweat towels, don't hesitate to purchase one if you struggling to find one.
We have a couple of social gatherings planned for November and December. On Friday the 11th of November we will have another evening at Willie Smiths with platters provided by RMC. Come and join us for a casual drink and dinner if you'd like.
Save the date, 16th of December: RMC would love to host a Christmas themed/ end of year celebration in December with as many of our members there as possible! Friday the 16th of December is the date to save. more details for this event will be shared closer to the date, but it is one you won't want to miss!
