What is Individual Running Coaching?

At Run Move Connect, coaching is more than just receiving a weekly program. We work closely with you to create a sustainable approach to training that evolves over time and supports both performance and enjoyment.

 

Your training is adjusted around your lifestyle, work, recovery, stress levels and overall training load to help you stay consistent and progressing long term.​

 

For current RMC members, coaching can also integrate around your existing Strength, Pilates and Run sessions to create a more balanced and effective training week. Our focus is not just on helping you run faster, it’s about helping you enjoy the process, stay healthy and build confidence in your training.

$125 EVERY 4 WEEKS
($50 discount for RMC members)

Who Is Coaching For?

Individual coaching is suited to runners and walkers of all abilities, including those who:

 

  • Want more structure and accountability

  • Are training for an upcoming race or event

  • Want guidance balancing running with strength training

  • Feel unsure how to progress safely

  • Want to improve consistency and reduce guesswork

  • Are returning from injury or rebuilding fitness

  • Are preparing for anything from a 5km through to marathon or ultra distance events

Meet The Coach

Brad is the Head Running Coach and Co-Founder of Run Move Connect.

Over the past 15 years, Brad’s running journey has evolved from training for field hockey into competing as one of Tasmania’s leading middle distance runners, while also coaching over 50 recreational runners of all abilities.

Brad has experience coaching couch-to-5km runners, recreational runners, track athletes, marathoners and ultra marathoners, with a strong focus on sustainable training, consistency and long term progression.

Through Run Move Connect, Brad has built a supportive and motivating running community within the Huon Valley, helping runners enjoy the process while working toward meaningful goals.
