 Strength Classes

Our resistance sessions are circuit based training which have a focus area for the week including:

  • Strength

  • Bodyweight

  • Multi movement

  • Single limb

  • Eccentric loading

Members are educated on the importance of our focus weeks and the positive impact these sessions have on our bodies and health outcomes. Members are guided on technique and provided with appropriate tips on how to manage the exercises. 


All sessions are carefully developed to ensure there is a balance of upper body, lower body and trunk exercises. 

All exercises can be regressed and progressed based on your physical capabilities and fitness levels. 

We use resistance equipment and body weight to improve body awareness, balance, stability and strength to enhance functional outcomes for every day living. 


All equipment are provided; please ensure you bring a water bottle and sweat towel.
