Exciting Update for Functional Seniors! 🎉

We’re thrilled to share that our Monday and Wednesday Functional Seniors classes are expanding to 20 participants from Monday 2nd of March.


To make sure everyone continues to feel supported and has plenty of space to move safely and confidently, we’ll be splitting the class across two rooms. We’ll still warm up and cool down together as one community, then divide into smaller groups during the strength portion of the class. This will allow us to better support each individual while keeping the energy and connection you love.


Even better — we’ll have three instructors on hand to guide, support, and encourage you every step of the way!


This change will begin with our Monday and Wednesday classes, and we’re so excited to grow together while maintaining the quality and care you deserve.


✨ Friendly reminder: We also offer Slow Flow at 10:00am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, a welcoming class that’s truly friendly for all bodies. It’s a wonderful option if you’re looking to add another supportive movement session to your week.
