1. That I am participating in the training programs, exercises and events offered by Run Move Connect during which I will receive instructions.

2. It is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any individual or remote coaching sessions. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in this type of coaching.

3. It is my responsibility to consult with my Run Move Connect coach if injury, fatigue, medications or health status changes throughout the course of the exercise program if this may/will impact participation in this class.

4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any structured running or cross training, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of participating in the program.

5.  In consideration of being permitted to participate in any RMC program, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly, waive any claim I may have against Run Move Connect, owners, landlords or insurers for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the RMC program.

6. I, my heirs or legals representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and convenant not to sue Run Move Connect, owners, landlords or insurers for any injury or death causes by their negligence or other acts.
