Service Description
Functional Strength is a welcoming and supportive exercise class designed especially for adults aged 60 and over who want to maintain independence, improve strength and balance, and enjoy moving in a safe, encouraging environment. Led by experienced instructors who understand the unique needs of older adults, this class focuses on functional movement patterns that support everyday activities. We incorporate low-impact strength training, balance exercises, joint-friendly mobility work, and simple cardio movements—all adaptable to your comfort level. Whether you're looking to reduce the risk of falls, build confidence in your body, or simply enjoy the company of others while staying active, this class is for you. Every session ends with a social cool-down and optional time to chat—because movement is better together.
