Pilates is a great form of exercise that creates mindfulness around how our body moves. Pilates focuses on core stability, strength and flexibility whilst paying special attention to muscle control, posture and breathing. Run Move Connect will be offering Mat Pilates that is gentle, low impact, low intensity and friendly to all physical capabilities.
