At Run Move Connect, our monthly Pop Sessions are all about building connection, confidence, and capability. Each month, we focus on developing a new skill under the guidance of our in-house instructor These sessions are designed to be supportive, progressive, and empowering. You’ll be guided step-by-step in a way that helps you feel safe, capable, and challenged in the right way. Pop Sessions are more than just workouts — they’re a space to try something new, back yourself, and build belief in what you can do. Because sometimes the biggest skill we develop isn’t physical — it’s learning to believe in ourselves and what empowers us.
