Hello members! We hope you have all had a great weekend and are ready for another big week of training. This weeks timetable (photo below) has no changes. But, starting next week our Tuesday and Thursday (05/07 - 07/07) 9:30am session will be slightly adjusting to a 9am start.
Our R.M.C. apparel has been ordered and on it's way. Hannah and Brad will soon be bringing out samples to training so you can try on and get sizes sorted.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone throughout the week, time to get moving!

Run session Tuesday 28/06/22
"Ladder fartlek"
1 x 1 min
1 x 2 min
1 x 3 min
1 x 4 min

60s recovery between reps
2 min recovery before and after 4 min effort.
Run session Thursday 30/06/22
"Tempo reps":
4 x 5 min @ tempo effort, 2 min walk/slow jog between.
**Please note, all sessions can be modified and adjusted to suit your needs and current fitness levels. Walkers and first time runners are encouraged to give these sessions a go.**

All exercises will be explained in detail with demonstrations provided.
Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to sessions starting. This will allow to time to chat with Hannah if required and to ensure we start all sessions on time.
Huonville High School "Introduction to Strength training" program.
Week 3 of our Huonville High "Introduction to strength training" continued the development of correct techniques for a range of exercises. The main focuses for the session were how to squat, dead lift and how to do a chin up!
We are lucky to have 10 fantastic participants who are engaged and motivated to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle - great job team!
