Good morning RMCers,
We have a slight change in class setup for this Tuesday morning (ONLY).
To ensure a class continues, we are changing our Mat Pilates and Slow Flow to our new Enduro class. Class times will be 9:30am and 10:30am.
Enduro is a mix of muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. You will notice the Pilates flare with a cardio element. We will progress and regress your exercises based on your physical capabilities and fitness levels. Our instructors are very supportive in ensuring the exercises meet your needs so please have a chat to them.

Hi Hannah, the 9.30 class doesn't seem to be coming up in the timetable to book. Not under Enduro or Mat Pilates??
