Hello all members,
We just wanted to send out a last reminder that your RMC Christmas party tickets need to be purchased by the end of this week! We will be confirming our numbers with the Huonville bowls club on Monday next week so please get your tickets purchased at our website shop HERE. All children aged 12 and under have a free entry for the night. When adults are buying tickets, please put in the "notes" section how many kids 12 and under you plan on bringing along for catering purposes.
When: Friday the 16th of December from 5:30pm
Where: Huonville bowls club (5, Shield St, Huonville)
Drinks- All drinks will be available to be purchased at the bar.
Food- The Huonville bowls club will be catering on the night with a heap of finger food available. For those with dietary requirements, we will be ordering a few gluten free/vegan pizzas from pep pizza.
Entertainment- We do have some pretty special surprises planned for the night, especially for the kids! The big man in red with some little helpers is locked in to make an appearance at 6pm. Lolly bags will be handed out on the night. For us oldies looking for some entertainment other than lawn bowls, a SILENT DISCO is happening!
We can't wait to celebrate the festive season with you all in what will be a fantastic night for our community. Any questions about the night please let us know.
