🔈RMC New Enduro Class🔈

Starting from this Thursday (29th of May), RMC will be offering new time slots for a new class, ENDURO!


What is Enduro?

Aiming to build cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance in a moderate to high intensity but low impactful way. Enduro is a mixture of our traditional interval based cardio sessions with a core and stability component. 

Challenging member’s body and mind to sustain effort for a prolonged period of time plus maintain good technique when under fatigue.

Show up, move together and be part of the fun! Please find our new session times below.

Enduro:

🔗 Tuesday - 6:00am and 6:45am

🔗 Thursday - 4:30pm and 5:30pm

🔗 Friday - 4:30pm and 5:15pm



Duration - 45 minutes in length 

Where - Run Move Connect Strength Studio


Please note: There will no longer be morning cardio class (6am) and pilates (4:30pm and 5:30pm) on Thursdays. This is a perfect opportunity to either pursue your running/walking endeavours with Brad and Jas at 6:00am, or have a sleep in and come to our new Enduro session at 4:30pm or 5:30pm.
