School Holidays with RMC

A message from Dylan and team RMC:

School holidays are starting next week and we are excited to share it with you! RMC understands the challenges of squeezing exercise in with busy family's, even more so during the school holidays.

For the next two weeks during the October school holidays, RMC will be putting on an extra staff member for the 9am Strength sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to assist Dylan Lovell in having fun and keeping all the kids busy on the courts downstairs!

We encourage you to bring the kids along to the 9am session, we can't thank the PCYC enough for allowing us to use the space downstairs to entertain the little ones whilst the parents get their exercise in upstairs!
