This weeks running session details
Run session Monday 23/05/22
4 repetitions of -
3 min steady, 60s recovery, 60s hard, 60s recovery
Session focus: 3 min efforts are tempo/controlled efforts, 60s efforts will be a harder sharper effort. This is a great session to work between two different intensities with short recovery between.
Run session Thursday 26/05/22
1 x 5 min, 4min, 3min, 2min,1min (60s between)
4 x 15s (45s between)
Session focus: Aiming to progress our reps as the session goes on, starting at a tempo effort with each rep increasing the pace and effort level slightly as duration drops. We will finish off with some short 15s efforts.

All exercises will be explained in detail with demonstrations provided.
Please remember to book into our strength sessions so Hannah can plan ahead for stations required.
Don't forget a towel and drink bottle.

Please note that for all members on a direct debit membership, you must have the required funds in your account to retain your membership. If you do not have the required funds your membership will be automatically cancelled by our provider. Unfortunately this is out of our control to adjust so please be aware.
Running sessions are starting early in the morning with first light starting around 6:45-6:50am. If you have access to a head torch please bring along.
