 Running/Walking sessionsGroup running sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Huonville/Ranelagh area. We use timed based running workouts to cater for all abilities. Whether it's Intervals, fartlek, tempo runs or hill repeats, we use a variety of different workouts to continually stress different systems and keep training interesting! |  Strength ClassesOur strength sessions are circuit based training which have a focus area for the week- strength, bodyweight, multi movement, single limb and eccentric loading. It is a balance of upper body, lower body and trunk exercises. All exercises can be regressed and progressed as you need. We use resistance equipment and body weight to improve body awareness, balance, stability and strength to enhance functional outcomes. |  PilatesPilates is a great form of exercise that creates mindfulness around how our body moves. Pilates focuses on core stability, strength and flexibility whilst paying special attention to muscle control, posture and breathing. Run Move Connect offers Mat Pilates that is gentle, low impact, low intensity and friendly to all physical capabilities. |

A 5km route is mapped out starting from The Reba Sear cafe.
