Fortnight starting:

Strength Class Focus: Learn to Lift

This week is all about learn how to safely and effectively lift. All exercise are our common compound movements you see in the gym regularly. They build our foundation platform and we slightly alter them to suit our focus area.

Have you ever wondered what the difference between a squat and deadlift?

This fortnight we will learn those simple subtle shifts in our movement patterns to ensure we hinge properly, complete knee dominant exercise correctly and learn how to adapt when using different equipment for the same exercise.

Let your body guide you on the weight you choose but if you feel competent and comfortable, then lifting heavy is optional.
