Good Afternoon RMC'ers,
Congratulations on a fantastic start to 2025! Whether you’ve been lacing up your sneakers, setting benchmarks in strength, or just getting back into the groove, we’re thrilled to see everyone stepping into the year with such energy and determination.
It’s amazing to witness the commitment and enthusiasm within our community. Each run, every move, and all the connections we’re building together are powerful reminders that progress isn’t just about the destination – it’s about the journey we’re on, together.

Well done to our RMC crew who participated in last Saturdays "Night of 5's" 5km track event. PB's, track debut's and a whole lot of RMC team spirit was on show (especially in our relay teams). Great work squad!

Friday Afternoon Cardio/Recovery Classes
Due to very low uptake, we have decided to stop Recovery classes on Friday afternoon. Classes will be consolidated over two classes with a stretch and mobility component after each cardio class. The class will go for 45 minutes which will allow for an appropriate cool-down and recovery.
Class times:
4:30pm
5:15pm
Friday Morning Pilates (6:00am)
Start your weekend feeling strong, centered, and energized with our Friday morning Pilates class designed to enhance flexibility, mobility, and muscle activation. This class is perfect for those looking to release tension from the week, improve overall body alignment, and activate key muscle groups to support activites such as running.
By targeting both stretching and mobility, this class helps to release stiffness, improve joint health, and increase flexibility, making it easier to move through your day-to-day activities.
After a busy week, the combination of stretching and mindful movement provides a restorative, stress-relieving experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Classes to come:
Slow Flow Pilates: Tuesday 10am
Starting date: Tuesday February 11th
Friendly Reminders
Kids in the gym
We’d like to take a moment to remind everyone of a few important guidelines when bringing children to the Run Move Connect Studio.
Safety First: Please ensure that children stay close to you while on the gym floor. It’s important for everyone’s safety that they are within arm’s reach at all times. We don't want them getting hurt nor a member injured.
Clean Up After Food: If your child is eating in the kids’ area, please make sure to clean up any food or wrappers after they’re finished. Our little ant friends have been joining us which isn't fun. Let’s keep the space clean and inviting for everyone (except for ants!).
Kids in the Fun Factory
Just a quick heads-up that the PCYC Fun Factory costs $4 per child. Please ensure that children take extra care to clean up and leave the space tidy when finished enjoying this fantastic area.
