A Massive shoutout and thankyou from our community goes to Dylan Lovell for kindly offering his time to look after our members little ones, playing games and keeping them engaged so our parents can exercise with little interruptions. The 9AM time slot can get a little chaotic during school holidays, it's thanks to people like Dylan who play a big role in this community to help ease the chaos to give parents the time they need for themselves.

The PCYC access code for the month of April is -899421 # and May 156466#. This code will only open the front door and is only to be used for any classes that start outside of our opening hours. (9am to 7:30pm, 5:30pm closure on a Friday).

Social Saturday
Thanks to all who attended another beautiful Saturday morning at Reba Sear. Next Soxial Saturday will host our monthly Time Trial for those who would like their time recorded.
Thinking about attending Social Saturday?
Our Social Saturday morning are for walkers, runners, furry friends and whoever wants to kick start their weekend with movement, coffee and great company.
We begin our loop from Reba Sear at 8am every Saturday. Choose a 5km loop or simply have a nice trot around Huonville. Return back to Reba Sear for a hot drink, something to eat or head off to start your weekend.

Launceston Running Festival Details
The Launceston Running Festival is not far away! Launceston offers one of Australia's flattest, fastest and more often than not, perfect weather conditions for a great running event. RMC have a number of runners already booked in for what will be a great weekend for the team. Join us in the kids 1.6km, 5km, 10km or the Half Marathon.

It’s Pilates’ turn for a little freestyle this week! You can expect a variety of our favourites to challenge and strengthen our entire body from the inside out. Pilates is an important element in a balanced training regime; it keeps your body mobile, flexible, prevents you from injury and more importantly boosts your energy, leaves you feeling taller, more confident within yourself and generally happier. It’s a lifelong form of movement that supports you in every stage of your life.

Pilates PULSE
Low to moderate intensity intervals based on time goals. Pilates exercises include the use of body weight and small equipment (bands, ball and weights). Available to all abilities and bodies. Class focus is to build endurance, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Great for those wanting a sweaty cardio session.
Pilates FORM
Slower paced functional class. Exercise layers are reduced to focus on precision, form and breath. A great foundational class to receive increased support and hands on correction. Excises always commence at most regressed level with the intention to realign posture and support every day activity.
A great class for clients new to Pilates, those with existing health challenges or returning to exercise, pregnancy as well as those wanting to strengthen foundational movements.
Pilates FLOW
This class includes a mix of modern and traditional Pilates exercises with progressions offered to those seeking further challenge.
Session includes release/stretch work throughout as well as periods of increased effort to create a balanced total body session.
RMC Studio Details- Strength
Strength Focus- FREESTYLE
We loved freestyle so much, that we are going to do it again this week!
We have 4 pods, 3 being a mixture of resistance exercises with the last pod focussing on mobility, flexibility and body awareness. Use this week to listen on your body, recover where needed and focus on exercise execution.
We cannot wait to see you in classes!
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are having any difficulty with technique execution, choosing of weights, muscle activation, change in health status or discomfort throughout the session. We are here to support you on achieving your goals, develop safe lifting techniques and have positive experience in the gym.
GENERAL CLASS REMINDERS
Please take SWEAT TOWELS and drink bottles with you throughout the session.
Please advise the instructor if you have any new or old injuries that they should be aware of or will impact your training. We will support you with your exercise and provide alternative exercises.
Please be prompt to classes as we aim to start demonstration on time.
