Enduro

Enduro is a mixture of our traditional time based interval cardio sessions, combined with a core and pelvic stability component.

Our aim is to build cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance in a high intensity but low impact way, suitable for everyone!

Come and challenge your body and mind for longer, sustained efforts and of course, have a whole lot of fun 🤩

Cardiovascular interval exercise improves fitness through maintaining heart rate elevated for a prolonged period of time. We love that these sessions can be altered for individuals who are beginning their exercise journey or those who would like to increase their capacity. Enduro sessions are 45 minutes in length; inclusive on the warm-up and cool-down.
