Group Running/Walking Sessions

Our group running sessions are designed and executed in a way that is suited to any runner or walker! We offer a range of different structured workout options for variety, attainability and to keep it fun.

Run Move Connect's group running/walking sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday mornings and afternoons in Huonville. Our sessions are specifically designed to cater to all fitness levels, making it the perfect opportunity for beginners to seasoned runners.

At Run Move Connect, we understand that starting a new fitness routine can be daunting. That's why our experienced coaches have curated timed-based running workouts that encourage progress at your own pace. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to progress your running, our sessions are tailored to suit your abilities.
