 Pilates 

Pilates is a great form of exercise that creates mindfulness around how our body moves. Pilates focuses on core stability, strength and flexibility whilst paying special attention to muscle control, posture and breathing.

Run Move Connect offers Mat Pilates that is gentle, low impact, low intensity and friendly to all physical capabilities. 

 

We believe Mat Pilates compliments our other training types as it further enhances body awareness, develops movement patterns and encourages breath work through exercise.

All mats and equipment are provided; please ensure you bring a water bottle and sweat towel.

Pilates sessions are 45 minutes in length; inclusive of warm-up and cool-down.
