Brad Kitto

Co-Founder/Head Running Coach
Brad is a competitive middle distance runner and has successfully coached over 50 athletes at a recreational level. Over the past 10 years, Brad has seen his running journey develop from a desire to get fitter/faster for field hockey, to competing as one of Tasmania’s strongest middle-distance runners.
Brad has years of experience coaching couch-to-5km runners, track runners, marathoners and ultra marathoners! As a coach, Brad places emphasis on sustainable training habits to continually progress runners and walkers over a long period of time.
Through stating RMC, Brad has created a comfortable, fun and motivating running community in the Huon Valley.

Hannah Squires

Co-Founder/Head Strength Coach
Hannah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, mum, athlete and coach with a passion for getting everyone moving and active around her. Hannah has grown up nearby and with a recent move to the Huon Valley with her family has a keen interest in supporting locals achieve their health and wellness goals.

With over 8 years of experience as a Exercise Physiologist, Hannah has worked with elite and sub-elite athletes and those recovering from injury or illness.
Hannah’s professional experience includes working as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach with the Tasmanian and National Australian Rules Football Academy and local football clubs.
She understands that regular supervised structured exercise supports good mental and physical health.
Hannah believes exercise should be fun whilst also being accessible, achievable and all-inclusive. Hannah has had a desire to create an environment that everyone feels welcome, listened to and supported. She is excited to see the impact that Run Move Connect can have on the beautiful Huon Valley community.

Annie Cordwell

Strength Coach
Annie is a born and raised Huon Valley local, currently completing her studies in Fitness and Personal Training whilst also serving you all delicious coffee and treats at Reba Sear Cafe.
Annie recently left her job in administration to pursue her love of health and fitness. Annie has always had a passion for all things health and fitness having been heavily involved in competitive netball from a young age, and in more recent years being involved in the Huonville Lions women’s football team. Annie’s love for competitive sport has been put on hold for the past year whilst coming back from an injury. Her rehab process helped Annie rediscover her love for strength training.
Annie believes that strength training is an empowering form of exercise that can leave you feeling like you can achieve anything after a good session.
In her spare time, Annie loves to spend time with her partner Will, friends and family and her little dog Duke. Annie believes in creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable, empowered and strong, inside and outside of the gym.

Jasmyn Wilson
Strength & Running Coach

Jasmyn has lived in the Huon Valley for approximately 11 years. Despite growing up in the small town of Wynyard on the Northwest Coast of Tasmania, she has strong connections to the Huon community and area, as her mother, grandmother and extended family were born and raised here.
​
Having spent over 10 years working in the disability and aged care sectors, Jas has a continuing passion to assist and support others to achieve their goals. Within this, acknowledging the significance of any movement as exercise, never taking this for granted and the benefits that it has holistically for wellbeing and longevity. She believes that small consistent efforts are the pillars to achieving individual goals, having confidence in the structure of the RMC classes and community to see every member reach these.

Jas is an avid runner, encouraging others around her to give themselves the opportunity to find fulfillment within the activity before mentally checking out. She started her running journey in 2016 by entering the Cadbury 10km event with the goal of completing the race without stopping. She succeeded and has never looked back.

In her spare time Jas enjoys exploring the beautiful state that is Tasmania and can often be found wandering Mount Kunanyi and enjoying a chai from the Lost Freight Café. She also enjoys spending days at home in the garden, baking, studying, and spending quality time with her family.

Paige Lynch

Pilates Instructor​
​
Paige has worked in partnership with people from all walks of life for over 13 years in the healthcare sector and has a genuine love for people and passion for helping others. She holds a unique skill set given her background in Nursing and Midwifery and is passionate about movement and its transformative impact on mind, body and wellbeing.
Paige specialises in contemporary mat-work pilates and is an accredited Fluid-form Pilates Instructor. Paige values connection and prioritises clients at the forefront, aiming to making a positive impact on their lives. Through posture analysis and programming, her classes cater to the needs of all and promote confidence, strength and welling.
Paige believes regular pilates practise will enhance everyday function including rehabilitation after injury or surgery, pre and postnatal and compliment other forms of exercise and training.
When Paige is not on the mat you will see her running around after her two young children, sipping coffee at her local or spending time in nature.
Bianca Jackman

Strength Coach​

Bianca is a Huon Valley local, the General Manager of the Huon Valley PCYC, RMC Strength coach and currently in her third year of studying a Bachelor of Education. She loves being active by playing netball, running, jumping in on RMC classes and walking with friends. These activities not only keep her physically fit but also allow her to connect with her community and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Bianca's world is her husband Tom, daughter Matilda, and their German Shepherd Izzy. Her family is her motivation, driving her to create positive change in both her professional and personal life. Bianca believes in the power of community, education, active living and is passionate about making sure the Huon Valley does not get left behind.
As a coach, she believes in being relatable and finds joy in seeing members enjoying exercise, even better if they can achieve their goals along the way! She is proud to have been involved in RMC since day one and loves the positive impact it is having on the Huon Valley Community.

Tia Duggan
Strength Coach​​

Tia is a proud Huon Valley local who has recently transitioned from a career in veterinary nursing to pursue her passion for health and fitness. After spending four years working as a Veterinary Nurse, she has now completed her Certificate III in Fitness (Group Gym Instructing) and is progressing towards her Certificate IV in Personal Training.
Tia has always had a strong love for the health and fitness industry. She believes good health and wellbeing are essential to happiness and quality of life, and she is passionate about helping people of all ages, genders, and fitness levels discover the benefits of movement. For Tia, fitness is about more than just training the body—it’s about supporting the mind as well. She is grateful to be part of the Run Move Connect team, which shares the same philosophy.
Her favourite styles of training include strength, HIIT, and Pilates. In addition to her coaching, Tia has been actively involved in competitive netball and football, sports that have shaped her drive and team spirit.
Outside of the gym, Tia enjoys exploring Tasmania’s remote bush trails, adventuring with her partner Sam and their Beagle, June, as well as cooking, horse riding, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Dayna Scott
Pilates Instructor​​
​
Dayna is an Accredited Pilates Instructor (Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology) and is currently completing the final units of her Diploma in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology from Tensegrity Training (Tasmania). She has completed additional courses in Pilates Prenatal and Postpartum Guidelines and Considerations, and Pilates for Menopause and Osteoporosis.
Dayna has a beautiful little boy and it was during her post-partum recovery that she truly fell in love with the power of Pilates to heal and strengthen. Dayna has a passion for how Pilates supports you in so many areas of life, from the endurance to go on long hikes and bike rides, connecting with your breath and finding your calm, increasing range of motion and balance for healthy aging, and strengthening your deep core and postural muscles for safe gardening and farm work. Dayna wants to share the benefits of Pilates with everyone and she welcomes members of all ages and abilities to her classes.
Dayna has lived in the Huon Valley for nine years, having moved here from Canberra and growing up in Christchurch, New Zealand. She loves being a part of the beautiful RMC community and feels very lucky to call the Huon Valley home.


Sharon Nugent

Strength Coach​
​
Sharon, is originally from Ireland and moved to Australia 12 years ago. She has lived in the Huon Valley for the past 11 years, with her husband and 3 kids, where they own a chiropractic clinic in Ranelagh.
Sharon started Irish dancing at the age of 4, competing at all levels and continued into adulthood where she toured the world with a professional show for 5 years. Fitness has always been a big part of her life. She believes that consistency is key and that fitness should be a sustainable and enjoyable part of a busy life, while also being a positive and empowering experience.
As a mum of 3, her kids are her motivation and she strives to be the best role model for them, in creating good habits for mental and physical wellbeing. She wants them to know that age does not define you and you can achieve anything that you set your mind to, no matter what stage of life you are in.
Since moving to the valley she has discovered the power of community and has made lifelong friends she calls family.
Sharon has found a love for group strength training and running. She has recently completed her Certificate III in fitness. As an instructor she finds joy in seeing people achieving things that they never thought they could, and she will be your biggest cheerleader inside and outside the gym.
When she’s not in the strength room you will find her having a coffee with her friends, running around the oval or around the PCYC area at kids sport.
Adie Delaney

Strength Coach​
Adie is a current and former Huon Valley local. A qualified fitness instructor with a BCircA (gold star if you can figure it out), Adie has taught couch potatoes to elite athletes and many in between.
Alongside her 15 year career as a trapeze artist, Adie constantly nurtured a love for helping others move. She develops her teaching style by taking inspiration from many different physical disciplines like gymnastics and HIIT, as well as her work in trauma and social services. She shared some of her teaching philosophy through her TED talk ‘An Aerialist on Listening to Your Body’s Signals’ in 2020.

Adie firmly believes understanding our bodies helps us understand ourselves (and learn cool tricks like handstands). In her spare time, she can be found adventuring with her dog Leelou, playing underwater hockey or board gaming. She still has not decided what she wants to be when she grows up.

Emma Fraser

Strength Coach​
​
Emma was born and raised in the Huon Valley. Her passion for fitness began during her career as a legal secretary, which spanned 26 years, when she attended lunchtime gym classes in Hobart. This enthusiasm for fitness led her to pursue studies to become a personal trainer and a group exercise leader.
Emma successfully operated a gym from her home for over 12 years before embarking on a new career path as a teacher assistant. Her dedication to teaching has inspired her to study to become a primary school teacher.
Additionally, Emma is an avid soccer player and serves as the goalkeeper for the local Dover Devils women's team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her three children.

Alyce Coulson
Strength Coach

Alyce has spent her whole life in the Huon Valley, where she now lives with her partner Jack and their much-loved dog, Josie, who is never far from her side.
​
From a young age, Alyce has been passionate about sport, growing up playing basketball and netball, while also competing in dancing and swimming. Since 2018, she has worked in the fitness industry, where she thrives on helping others get the best out of themselves.
​
Outside of work, Alyce loves being outdoors and staying active. You’ll often find her running, walking, in the gym, or volunteering at the local football club. While football isn’t her game, she still enjoys being on the netball court.
​
Alyce is highly qualified, holding a Certificate III in Fitness, a Diploma in Fitness, Level 1 Sports Trainer accreditation, and qualifications as both a swimming teacher and lifeguard.
