We offer a range of different group training options through out the week, designed to give you a balanced regime that is attainable. All group training sessions are included in your RMC membership.
Our strength sessions are a circuit type program with the option to progress and regress any exercises based on your experience, strength and function levels. We have the options to use weights or bodyweight for all exercises.
Be sure to let your coach know your strength goals and experience with resistance exercises. No challenge is too big when you have support by your side.
Sessions include a warm-up, circuit strength exercises and cool-down.
Our meeting point is the Huon Valley PCYC and sessions are up to an hour in length.
You must bring a towel and drink bottle. Showers and toilets are available.
Sessions are held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (check our timetable for exact times).
Running coach Brad, conducts 6 x structured running sessions a week. Sessions vary from time/distance based intervals, fartlek, hills, tempo runs and many more!
Our main meeting point is the Huonville football clubrooms, change rooms are accessible before/after training.
Sessions are held at 6:00am, 9:00am and 5:30pm every Tuesday & Thursday (keep an eye out on socials for location and time updates).
30 minute moderate to high intensity sessions designed for low impact cardiovascular exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels and physical capabilities.
Social Saturdays are a perfect kick off to the weekend. Come and have a walk or run with your family or fury friend. We will finish off with a lovely coffee and treat at our local coffee shop, Reba Sear.
Rain, hail or shine, Run Group is be on 52 Saturdays of the year!
Social Saturdays are open to the general public as well as Run Move Connect members. This is a great opportunity for people thinking about signing up to meet our coaches and our wonderful group.
Social Saturdays run takes off at 8:00am - meet at Reba Sear cafe (121 main st Huonville). Stay for coffee after!
