Pilates 
Individual & small group

Although group sessions are motivating, fun and provide a full body workout, every individual body is unique.  Individual and small group pilates sessions provide highly focused opportunists to serve your specific needs. 

Pilates can be a very intricate form of movement, developing and having awareness of your body is something that is very important. 

 

Individual and small group sessions are a perfect opportunity to:

 

✨ Develop a more targeted and tailored approach to achieve their specific goals. 

✨Find a time that suits your work/life schedule.

✨ Enhance joint mobility, body flexibility and strength through more individual exercise delivery with undivided attention. 

✨ Have the opportunity to ask questions within the quieter and more private setting.

 

Those who are already doing RMC Pilates may want to work on specific exercises or understand how to manage their bodies and exercise progression and regression when in class. 

 

All clients will be required to have a 60 minute Initial Consultation to discuss health history, goal setting and participate in a detailed physical assessment to assist with developing the individual exercise program. Sessions are based on the mat and include a variety of small equipment.
