The resistance session will be circuit type program with the option to progress and regress any exercises based on your experience and strength levels. Be sure to let Hannah know of some strength goals and she will add them in to your program. No challenge is too big when you have support by your side. Sessions will be up to an hour in length. Sessions will include a warm-up, structured exercise sessions and cool-down. Bring a towel and drink bottle.
