At Run Move Connect, we understand that exercise environments can often feel overwhelming, especially for individuals who are more sensitive to sensory input. Whether you’re managing sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or simply prefer a quieter exercise setting, these sessions promote connection, confidence, and wellbeing — without the overwhelm. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to move, feel strong, and thrive in an environment that respects their unique needs.
In these sessions, we reduce noise and external distractions to help participants focus on movement and body awareness. The atmosphere is intentionally slower-paced and nurturing, with smaller group sizes to ensure personal space and individual support. Exercise labels offer simple cueing, exercise photos and clear writing. Demonstrations are direct and concise that support individual's learning. There are increased rest periods between sets to allow members to set up and not feel rushed.
We’re committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone.
We ask all members to please be mindful and respectful of this time and space. During these sessions, the environment is intentionally kept quiet and gentle. To support the experience of those participating, we kindly ask:
Keep noise and conversation to a minimum around the studio.
Be understanding if the class requires a little extra privacy or quiet time before and after sessions.
Recognise that everyone’s comfort level with stimulation is different — what feels calm to one person may feel overwhelming to another.
By showing respect and awareness, we help make Run Move Connect a place where everyone feels safe, included, and supported to move at their own pace.
Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming environment for all. We are very open to feedback and want to ensure these sessions are meeting the needs of our members.
If you have any questions or would just like to get in touch, please send your feedback to hello@runmoveconnect.com.au
