We have exciting news!! With the demand for morning strength classes increasing, we have decided to add an extra session.


From Monday the 20th of November, our new time slots for Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings will be:


⏰5:15am

⏰6:15am

⏰7:15am

⏰ 9:00am


Set your alarms and let’s get moving bright and early!
