Hello to all of our RMC Members,
We have loved to see you all return after, what was a restful week of festivities and fun. We have all enjoyed getting back in to a routine and being around this amazing community.
We have been thinking about what we want 2024 to look like for our members and we believe the most important things are:
Finding a sustainable exercise routine that works for you, your family and your lifestyle
Creating an environment that supports your growth, your goals and can be adapted and managed as we enter varying times of lives and possible health changes- e.g pregnancy, injury or etc.
Wanting to learn about goal setting?
SMART Goals is a fantastic starting point
SMART goals give clarity around your goal-setting and provides the motivation and focus you need to be successful. Ensure you write down your goals that are clear, attainable and meaningful.
S- Specific - What will you achieve? What will you do?
M- Measurable - What data will you use to decide whether you've met the goal?
A- Achievable - Are you sure you can do this? Do you have the skills and the right resources?
R- Relevant - Does the goal align with you?
T- Timeframe - What is your deadline for accomplishing the goal?
If you need support with this goal setting, please reach out to Annie or Hannah for an individual session. They can sit down and support you set these goals and provide you with guidance on how to achieve this in supportive way.

Cadbury Marathon Festival recap!
Huge CONGRATULATIONS to all of our RMC members who participated in the Cadbury marathon festival. We had a number of runners across the 5km, 10km and half marathon distances. Great to see so many awesome results which came from staying disciplined and continuing to train throughout the festive season in preparation for todays event!
Special shoutout to Xanthe Pastoor for making her debut in the half marathon. Averaging 5:38/km over the half mara is a massive achievement and is a true testament to her consistency in training and willingness to put herself outside her comfort zone!

Class Cancelations/minimum class bookings
For all RMC Studio classes with 0-2 members booked into a class, RMC will notify participants 3 hours prior to the session starting if they can make another session. RMC will then decide if the class will be cancelled and removed from the booking system.
To assist with this, we ask that if you plan to do a session, please aim to book in as soon as you possibly can. We understand that sometimes it can be hard to book in too far in advance due to family, work etc.
If you can't make a session please make sure that you cancel your booking as soon as you are aware you can not attend. This is essential for all sessions. We are aware sometimes this is not possible especially for parents with young families and appreciate everyone's understanding.
